A smart assembly robot
TRACKBOT is a smart assembly robot designed to be quickly deployable and perform work completely autonomously. By using various information flows that the robot converts into usable digital data, it knows at all times what its work area looks like, what it should be like and what it looks like after performing its work.
Using AI, the TRACKBOT identifies the objects that need to be machined and whether they have been machined correctly.
Thanks to its modular technology, TRACKBOTS can be connected to each other and to digital systems such as planning and management software.
Safe, efficient and autonomous
The TRACKBOT ensures that employees are not exposed to physically demanding work, irregular working hours and hazardous work environments. It is available 24/7 and operates emission-free due to its electric drive. The robot’s production is predictable and delivers immediate completion dates after the work is done. The TRACKBOT is designed to perform work completely autonomously. This allows employees to be deployed more efficiently.

TRACKBOT 1.0
A compact, fully emission-free robot suitable for high repetitive work. TRACKBOT 1.0 drives either manually or on GPS and scans and digitizes the environment. It is equipped with two to four robotic arms that can assemble and disassemble screw joints and can be used for tasks such as:
- Recognizing screw connections
- Loosening and tightening these screw connections
- Fixed and loose mounting of a clamp
TRACKBOT 2.0
A rail/road robot capable of performing assembly work completely autonomously and emission-free. Equipped with three advanced robotic arms, TRACKBOT 2.0 is capable of performing a wide range of assembly work. Think of activities such as:
- Drilling in different parts
- Insertion of chemical anchors
- Installation of balises and axle counters
- Reading out balises
Modular and durable
Thanks to its modular design, it is easy to expand or modify TRACKBOT. Multiple robots can be linked together to increase production. TRACKBOT is electrically powered and can be powered via the AMT Zero Emission battery pack, a power cable or a generator, providing maximum flexibility in any working environment.
